Rental Policy

NEW RESERVATIONS

New reservations can be made online via the reservation website up until 24 hours prior to start of reservation. Requests for reservations can be made via phone or email for reservations beginning within 24 hours. All reservations will require a credit card on file. Each reservation will be charged at a daily rate. An additional $150 hold will be placed on the credit card for incidentals for each order. Reservations will have the options for the following start and end time:

  • Start: 12:00pm – 8:00pm (on day reservation begins)
  • End: 9:00am (on day reservation ends)

If an earlier reservation time is needed, it can be requested but there is no guarantee. Customers have two options for retrieving the reservation items:

  1. Independent pick-up at storage facility 
    1. Storage facility address will be provided at reservation confirmation
    2. The earliest pickup time is 12pm
    3. The latest pickup time is 8pm
  2. Courier Dropoff
    1. Delivery of rental items will be made by a driver to a specified location (local only)

Customers have two options for returning  their reservation items:

  • Independent pick-up at storage facility 
    • Storage facility address will be provided at reservation confirmation
    • The earliest drop off time is 6am
    • The latest drop off time is 9am (late fees will apply)
  • Courier Return 
    • Driver will pick up rental items at specified location (local only) between 8-10am

Customers can mix options for convenience, such as:

  • Independent pickup + courier return 
  • Courier drop off + independent dropoff

Late Return Policy

If the rental item has not been returned by the standard 9am return time, a $75 fee will be assessed. If the machine has not been returned by 10am, a courier will be dispatched to retrieve the machine and an additional $150 fee will be incurred and charged to the customer.

Cancellation Policy

In order to avoid cancellation fees and receive a full refund, reservations must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the reservation. Cancellations can be made on the website up until 48 hours before the start of the reservation. Reservations that take place less than 48 hours before a reservation are subject to cancellation fees and must be done via email. For cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the start of the reservation, the following fees will apply:

  • 24-48 hours prior to reservation: fee is 50% of total reservation cost
  • Less than 24 hours prior to reservation: fee is 75% of total reservation cost
  • No refunds for same day cancellations 

These regulations also apply for reservations originally made within 48 hours of the reservation start time. Upon cancellation, the $150 hold will be lifted and a refund will be provided. The refund amount, if any, will be contingent upon when the cancellation took place.

Frequently Asked Questions

The earliest reservation start time is 12pm and ends 9am the following day. If you wish to use the rental items longer, then additional days may be booked.
All reservations are paid in full at the time of the reservation. Additionally, a $150 security deposit will be added to all reservations that include a rental. The $150 security deposit is not required for orders that include ONLY marketplace items (ie – envelopes).
Unfortunately late fees will be assessed if the rental is returned after 9am. Please see our Late Return Policy.
Modifications to existing orders can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the reservation. For orders placed less than 48 hours before the start of the reservation, all modifications will need to be made by directly contacting The Radiant Experience via email.

Yes! Our marketplace items are great add ons for your rental order. For example, we recommend adding envelopes and money bags when you rent a money counter. Those add ons give you a better and more efficient experience with your guests. Save time from having to run to the store to purchase those items yourself!

Yes! Refer a friend and receive 10% off your next order. At checkout, your friend should select the “Friends & Family” option for how they heard about us. Please ensure your friend enters your name and email address. In order to receive the discount, your friend must complete their reservation.
